Fukuburger officially opened today in Hollywood as the brick-and-mortar version of Las Vegas’ popular Japanese burger truck. Starting today, the new 60-seat venture, imported by Pink Taco owner Harry Morton, will be open seven days a week from 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M.** What’s inside?

Colin Fukunaga and Robert Magsalin’s same menu of Fuku, Buta, Kinoki, Karai, and Tamago burgers will be in effect here, while chef Magsalin himself will be in the kitchen lending his touches like miso, mirin rice wine, wasabi, pickled ginger, and yuzu that cause everyone we know who has tried them in Vegas to rave at length. The restaurant itself, decked out by fashion designer Kelly Cole, is a red, grey, and black room that features a colorful mural and flat-screen televisions looking into the kitchen and dining room. That way, you can keep an eye on the chef and your crush at the same time. Speaking of crushes, check out a shot of the owners with Jim Carrey at the debut, below.
