Daniel Kronfli, co-owner of Bacaro Wine Bar, emails to tell us his West Adams wine bar is now serving lunch, a solution to the question he recently asked himself: “Danny how can you earn more money?” With that in mind, Bacaro isn’t serving lunch to just anyone. But with one day’s advance notice and a minimum of $300, the bar will serve private parties, holiday celebrations, or simply big groups that want to get loose over lunch. In other news that could also bode well for Kronfil’s coffers, the owner reveals that he has just submitted a proposal for a wine bar in the new Long Beach Airport. Speaking of airport dining, have you plotted out your layover survival kit for the weeks to come?
