Signage for Roy Choi's Caribbean-influenced Sunny Spot is now up in the under-construction...Puuull uuup!! Cho! Brrrrraaap! Bohbohbohbohbohboh!! Again!! Signage for Roy Choi's Caribbean-influenced Sunny Spot is now up in the under-construction former Beechwood space, meaning one of fall's most enticing prospects (and maybe our ideal jerk version of Choi's beer-can chicken) is just around the corner. From all looks, it appears Beechwood's ugly concrete barrier is coming down, or at least being patched over with wood slats, hopefully to be painted in some crazy-ass Cha Cha Chicken-style colors. So, about the signage, which looks like it was scrawled in Lady Saw's lipstick, what do you think? We'd love to know your thoughts on both the sign and name in our comments.
