If your Christmas Eve dinner plans typically involve a few cartons of Chinese food and a movie rental, chef Mark Gold wants you to bring the party to his restaurant, Eva, where he’ll be overseeing a five-course family style Chinese dinner priced at $49 per person, along with Tiki-inspired cocktails and alcoholic egg nog, and a showing of Funny Girl. The menu includes a war wonton soup with matsutakes and matzoh balls, organic cashew chicken, and lo mein with white shrimp, among other dishes, while the Streisand-Sharif paired picture was produced by Ray Stark, for whom Ray’s and Stark Bar were both named. Take a look at Gold’s menu below and make reservations at 323-634-0700.
