The boys, Brian Sheehy, Doug Dalton, and Steve McKinley, behind Bourbon and Branch and Rickhouse have finally got the liquor license for their newest location, an underground space at 691 Market. Last Summer, Grub Street learned that the team was working on this bar project called Edition. Today, a revised working title for the bar has been reveled and it’s Local Edition. The name is a cute play on words considering that the bar will be housed at the Hearst Building. The concept will be similar to the team’s other bars with a focus on spirits and cocktails. Expect more details to come later in the year. [Grub Street, Earlier]
