Today the chefs reveal the highlights that will land on the menu Wednesday, February 29th** at Downtown’s Border Grill. As suspected it’s a global grab-bag of dishes, starting with a salad of Chinese sausage, centering on sauteed halibut cheeks and red curry with duck, and ending with three desserts, like a dark chocolate pate with rum soaked raisins and espresso crème anglaise.
