We’re happy to hear that Jim Coleman, the former host of WHYY’s A Chef’s Table and chef behind the restaurant that bore his name at Blue Bell’s Normandy Farms, has resurfaced with a new gig. You may recall, that Coleman bounced around a bit after A Chef’s Table was canceled abruptly in September 2010, and his run at Normandy Farms ended. The Insider reports that he will serve as the top toque at Center City’s Sofitel. Outgoing chef Kevin Levett is reportedly headed back across the pond to England. Here’s hoping his radio program gets picked up again, too. [Insider]
