The clever folks in the OPENrestaurant collective, who recently traveled to Japan to document harvest season and throw a dinner, will be presenting the documentation of their trip next week at the Headlands Center for the Arts in Marin. The event, on Thursday, March 29, will feature video, still images, audio recordings, and food taken from/inspired by the trip.
