Johnny Siera of punk group the Death Set e-mails to say he’s teamed up with folks from Lit and Home Sweet Home to open the Flat in South Williamsburg. The place will debut Friday night with a bunch of D.J.’s and an open Vodka bar, so hop on the JMZ if that’s your thing. A glimpse of the space shows old-timey wallpaper and ornate sofas — plus lots of gleaming hardwood-floor space, for dancing.
