Wd~50 had better take note: Per Se has introduced a five-course sweets-only option in its slightly more casual Salon area, reports Eater. The $65 lineup changes daily; today’s includes Adam Platt favorite coffee & doughnuts, exciting-sounding “popcorn cola,” and a poached meringue with coriander ice cream.
