Starting tomorrow, Tom Bergin’s will begin serving its famous Irish coffee at the top o’ the morning, as the recently renovated Irish restaurant announces the first-ever launch of brunch service. Served on weekends from 10:00 A.M. ‘til 4:00 P.M., Brandon Boudet’s breakfast-friendly, artery-hostile plates include classic Irish eats like Eire’s famous combination of fried eggs with rashers, chicken sausage, soda bread, tomatoes, mushrooms, and black pudding, as well as corned beef hash, an oatmeal skillet pancake, poached egg and brioche “soldiers,” and poached eggs on an English muffin topped with dill pollen hollandaise, known as “Eggs Bergin.”

And since this is the Irish appetite we’re talking about, naturally there is also booze to start your day. Along with the famous whiskey-topped coffee you adore, the bar is dispensing with new cocktails like its recently introduced mix of whiskey and marmalade, unfortunately not called “Alan’s Psychedelic Breakfast.” The new brunch menu will be available on weekends and you can see all the included dishes down below.
