What to Eat For Sunday Brunch at Bow & Truss

North Hollywood's new Bow & Truss, opened last month by Knitting Factory, the same company behind the neighborhood's Federal Bar, is launching brunch service this coming Sunday. Chef Stefhanie Meyers, a vet of Rivera and Playa, is introducing new Latin-inspired manana meals from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. every Sunday. Myers will offer dishes including waffles stuffed with chorizo and cotija cheese, breakfast tacos bearing eggs, cotija, mushrooms, and piquillo peppers, chilaquiles, sweet spud hash with bacon and queso fresco and almond butter crepe with house-made caramel, in addition to mimosas and a bloody Mary bar.
