A 23-year-old man and thirteen-year-old boy were caught in the crossfire of a shooting early Saturday morning while waiting at a Lincoln Heights taco stand near the intersection of Broadway and Avenue 19. At 1:44 A.M. on Saturday, three assailants reportedly popped out of a car and opened fire, striking the elder victim in the leg and grazing the teenager. Both are expected to survive the shooting and are not believed to be the intended targets of this heinous crime against lonchera lovers everywhere. [ESLA]
