This evening, Mediterranean/Middle Eastern Spitz is opening its third döner depot for sandwiches, lavash wraps, salads, and proprietary creations like Döquitos, street cart fries, and the pile-it-all-on döner basket. Making a göod thing göoder, this Spitz has twelve craft beers on tap, al fresco dining, and curbside pick-up at this new Los Feliz address on Hillhurst. Los Angeles magazine reports that the new Spitz has a beer-garden feel, noting walls tastefully appointed with graffiti art and, this is pretty swinging cats, a bar made with wood from Frank Sinatra’s former Coldwater Canyon abode. Furthering that theme of things senior citizens like, there is also on-site shuffleboard. Whoo-hoo! The party starts at 5:00 P.M. tonight with raffles for free pitchers and tasting parties. [L.A.
