Eater confirms the news that sounds too-good-to-be-true: Ludo Lefebvre is teaming up with Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo from Animal and Son of a Gun on a new forthcoming restaurant project. Ludo’s wife and front-of-the-house ace Krissy Lefebvre hints at a LudoBites 10, while we spotted the chef gearing up for a run as a mentor on Bourdain’s new show with Nigella Lawson. Meanwhile Ludo says he’s still looking for the right concept to explore with Jon and Vinny. Still Lefebvre says, “I’m very excited to be with them. They are good friends… And we decided you know what? Let’s go do something together. And we have the space now, we are in construction…It’s going to be a fun restaurant, something new for LA.
