In Los Angeles magazine’s new and improved Digest blog, Randy Clemens sits down with former Library Bar mixologist Matt Biancaniello to discuss his plans after departing the popular Hollywood Roosevelt destination. The healthy-eater says he’s currently just “looking forward to some time off,” but has some consulting gigs and events in the works.
