After months of hemming and hawing, FEED Body & Soul finally has a opening date. Sorta. Mid-January is the target, and despite being a part of the Hospitality Collection, Matthew Dickson is still on board as the executive chef. FEED will feed hungry Venetian vampires from dawn to dusk, and serve L.A. cocktail star Marcos Tello’s drinks. On the other hand, Dickson is intent on not using refined sugar and sourcing only organic legumes and grains. Restaurants that comes with built-in ironies are just fantastic! [GS]
