DineLA’s Restaurant Week is upon L.A. once again, and this time it doesn’t have mean old Campanile to push it around. Starting today, well over 260 local restaurants are offering three-course tasting menus over lunch and/or dinner, with notable marquee names like Nobu, Bouchon, Drago Centro, Petrossian , Picca, and Craft among the many joining in on the action, which extends through February 1. You can start your browsing on dineL.A.’s website, where the full roster of options is on display. But as Restaurant Week is a mighty fine time to catch up with the city’s quick-pace of openings, we’ve sifted through the long list to see which new restaurants are among those participating. Come take a look.

Brand-new hot-spots include the freshly opened RivaBella, stoked by the cooking of Gino Angelini, in addition to Elia Aboumrad’s charcuterie temple, Gorge, The Sofitel’s replacement for SimonLA, Esterel, and Remi Lauvand’s lauded Downtown restaurant, Le Ka. Koreatown’s newest barbecue effort, Sonagi, is now open and in the mix, Muddy Leek is joining the fray, and Santa Monica’s Blue Plate Taco is also participating for its first run.

Not so new, but new to Restaurant Week are The Parish from Casey Lane, IDG’s Soleto, and Industriel in Downtown, as well as Mar Vista’s The Corner Door, Hostaria del Piccolo’s new Venice property, Tortilla Republic in West Hollywood, and Abigaile in The South Bay.

Elsewhere, restaurants that have recently undergone big changes are making themselves available to the promotion, including Water Grill and The Lobster vet Allyson Thurber at Marina del Rey’s Beachside, Vartan Abgaryan’s revamped menu at Cliff’s Edge, the recently remade Caulfield’s Bar & Kitchen in Beverly Hills, and the new administration over at Downtown’s Lazy Ox.

So there you have most of the shiniest new options for the next two weeks. Whether you want to venture into new ground or stick to sure-fire winners like Kiriko, Jiraffe, Rivera, Sotto, and Ammo lays in your hands. Whatever you do and wherever you eat, have fun dear reader!
