Highland Park: On March 1, Andre Guerrero is welcoming Portland’s Hair of the Dog brewery to Maximilano for a $100 six-course dinner, featuring dishes like cold smoked salmon with forbidden black rice and sous vide shortrib, paired with rare brews like 2011 Doggie Claws and Blue Dot Double IPA. This will be the first time the brewery holds a dinner in L.A. in fifteen years. [GS]
