Burgerim, an Israeli chain opened earlier this month in Hollywood, replacing O-Burger with wee little mini-burgers that have a three-inch span, served in patty varieties like lamb, merguez beef, turkey ahi tuna, and crispy chicken. Sides include Mediterranean and Middle Eastern salads and spreads like hummus, harissa, and tahini.
