Mai-Khanh Le, the chef de cuisine at Josie who helped inspire the duck confit banh mi at Josie Le Balch’s more casual annex, will be competing on Food Network’s Chopped on Tuesday, April 16. To root her on, both Josie and Josie Next Door will be showing Le’s episode that night at 7:00 P.M., preparing food and drink specials for guests to enjoy for the occasion.
