In a crucial collaboration between L.A. culture czars (and a resulting clash of kitschy vintage suits) Los Angeles magazine’s Chris Nichols and historian Charles Phoenix recently uncovered a full replica of Harry and Esther Snyder’s very first In-N-Out Burger location strangely standing in the middle of Baldwin Park. Nichols is pretty sure that the stand is some kind of place-marker for a museum honoring the business, but one thing is certain: It’s no longer just the cups and fry bags at In-N-Out that can be considered reborn.
