Superba Snack Bar Adds Thursday Lunch Menu

Starting tomorrow, Superba Snack Bar will add a second day of lunch service. Now found only on Fridays for lunch, chef Jason Neroni's mid-day menu has expanded since its initial debut, now offering a few of his prized pastas with plant-based sides like cauliflower florets with parsley puree, orange and olive pistou and green garden gazpacho, plus sandwiches like a $12 brisket burger on an English muffin and a crab melt tartine, along with Superba staples like Neroni's fried chicken with sour pickled slaw served atop a roll. Check out Neroni's full lunch menu below, now served at Superba every Thursday and Friday from 11:30 A.M. to 2:45 P.M.
