Lauren Kyles, previously found at Hollywood’s The Green Door and lending a Southern touch to the menus at Tart at Farmer’s Daughter Hotel, is now cooking at Downtown’s P.S. 612, hired as an executive chef at Grill Concepts. Kyles is a graduate of the Art Institute of Los Angeles’ culinary arts program and cites her grandmother’s New Orleans heritage and mother’s Texan background as major influences in her cooking.
