This Sunday marks another return for CicLAvia, in which the city gets a chance to enjoy its streets by barring traffic from an established route enabling citizens to stretch freely, bike, and walk safely from Venice to Downtown. As getting this city to walk en masse is a worthy feat to celebrate, Wildcraft Sourdough Pizza chef Tin Vuong is combining two dishes close to every Angeleno’s heart, available through this Sunday in Culver City, which was added to the route this year. The chef is featuring “Chili Relleno Pie” as his special “pie of the moment”, putting roasted pasillas and pork belly on a base of pepper jack, scrambled eggs, and pico de gallo. Vuong tells Grub Street, “With the CicLAvia pie, I wanted to bring some East L.A.-influenced flavors to the West Side.” What else?

The new restaurant will also offer food specials on Sunday from noon to 3:00 P.M. (when CicLAvia officially ends), including four-dollar beers from their strong list of drafts, five-dollar wine and dishes.
