Salt’s Cure, the West Hollywood locavore that continually stymies fans by shuttering every Tuesday, will now open on one Tuesday every month for a new wine series. Starting tomorrow night, Zak Walters and Chris Phelps will welcome a different winemaker or distributor each month, beginning with Amy Atwood, the organic wine wholesaler who runs Amy Atwood Selections. A $90 four-course menu will pair dishes to California wines and their European counterparts, with dishes like crab cake with uni pudding and lamb with almond butter served aside one or two pours each. Reservations can be made at 323-850-7258 and the full menu is below.

Further north, Heirloom L.A. is also taking time on Tuesdays to concentrate on the glass, as the popular caterer plans to set up shop at Pasadena wine shop Everson Royce from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. every Tuesday starting tomorrow. Everson will pour three wines in a $15 flight, with Heirloom’s food truck providing market-sourced dishes priced a la carte. And yes, they promise to always have their famous lasagna cupcakes each week outside of 155 N. Raymond Ave..
