After the closing of Michelia in 2008, chef Kimmy Tang came back the following year with 9021Pho, a health concious Vietnamese concept with a memorable name. Tang expanded the brand to four more locations in our region since then, and is now launching a 9021Pho franchise. The company will first bring four more locations to Southern California in 2013, while seeking out operators interested in operating national one-off or multiple units, with plans to expand to ten new restaurants in the next fourteen months. Total initial operation investments in the brand are estimated to be $550,000-$1,350,000, depending on the location, which includes an initial franchise fee of $35,000.
