Andy Ricker has moved Pok Pok Phat Thai from the Lower East Side to Columbia Street — a larger space (which originally housed Pok Pok Ny) that boasts an outdoor patio and a bigger kitchen. He’s still serving rice noodles cooked in rendered pork fat, as well as his beloved Hoi Thawt — the crispy broken crepe with steamed mussels, eggs, garlic, chives, bean sprouts, and Shark Sriracha sauce. Plus: There are new menu items, too, so even if you’re familiar with the full Phat Thai oeuvre, there’s still plenty of reason to check out the new spot. Right now, the restaurant’s open Wednesdays through Sundays, from noon to 10 p.m., with delivery service launching soon.
